Returns

Due to the nature of our product, for sanitary purposes there will be no refunds or exchanges under any circumstance.

If you received the wrong order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photo proof and order number. 

 

Shipping

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing before order is shipped. Weekends not included.

If you have not received your tracking confirmation within 72 hours please reach out to our support team at sales@shoplashe.ca

Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. Once order has been placed, this cannot be changed. 

 

Lost / Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once shipment confirmation has been send out and package is on its way. Please inquire with your local postal services regarding any unreceived packages.

 

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes charged for any oder will not be covered by ShopLashe. 

Customers assume responsibility for all duties and taxes charged on shipment by customs officials in destination country

 

 Damage

All orders are packaged with the utmost care and shipped in well insulated cushioned mailers, therefore ShopLashe assumes no responsibility for packages that are damaged in transit.
